About Eschenbach and This Policy

Eschenbach Optik of America, Inc. (“Eschenbach,” “we,” or “us”) is the world leader in the manufacture and distribution of high quality magnification solutions including low vision aids, reading glasses and binoculars. Our general business model involves us offering product to our channel partners (i.e., business partners who are typically eye care or vision rehabilitation professionals), and those channel partners then provide our products to consumers.

Even though only limited aspects of our business interacts directly with consumers, there are certain instances where we handle Consumer Health Data, as defined under relevant laws in Connecticut, Nevada and Washington. As such, this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies only to residents of Connecticut, Nevada and Washington, and it explains how we handle and protect your Consumer Health Data. Health Treatment, such as the use of certain vision enhancing devices or an eyeglass prescription.

We may collect Consumer Health Data from the following sources:

Third parties that refer you to us, such as a home healthcare aide or social worker.

The Ways We Use Consumer Health Data

We use the Consumer Health Data that we collect for the following purposes:
