Ron Dare

Ron Dare is the South Region Sales Manager for Eschenbach Optik of America, Inc. and is responsible for a team of 6 Territory Managers who cover the southern part of the U.S. from coast to coast. He joined Eschenbach in 2005 as the Mid-Atlantic Territory Manager, then in 2011 became a Senior Territory Manager, in 2018 was promoted to East Region Sales Manager and in 2025 became the South Region Sales Manager. 

Ron has consulted with numerous low vision practices and provided training to hundreds of eye care and vision rehab professionals. He also has spoken at many conferences on the topic of low vision and is an approved provider of continuing education by ACVREP.

Prior to joining Eschenbach, he held a variety of sales and management positions within the food safety and personnel services areas.

Ron is ABO certified and has the CCOA certification from JCHAPO. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rider University and an MBA from La Salle University.
