Wellness Protect Eyewear features yellow lenses that protect the eyes by blocking light 470nm in wavelength and less, cutting out most blue light. In addition, the Wellness Protect Eyewear can be prescription corrected and made in any of the standard filtering tints, including orange (525nm), amber (511nm), plum (400nm) or deep red (550nm).

The Wellness Protect Eyewear features an attractive frame that provides protection, comfort, style, and side and top protection. The protection comes from shields on the top and bottom of the lens as well as from a custom made side shield. Although providing excellent, full coverage, the shields still allow air to circulate freely avoiding the fogging-up effect that can occur with more snug fitting eyewear. And, since it is designed in Germany, Wellness Protect Eyewear naturally has European style.

Available in both women’s and men’s sizes - women’s frame measurements are 54mm by 16mm, and the men’s frame measurements are 57mm by 16mm.

‘Off-the-shelf’ options are available in 3 tints: a light 15% brown, a darker 65% brown, or a gradient that is 50% brown at the top of the lens and decreases to 10% at the bottom of the lens. These tints give users a choice in how much overall light they wish to have blocked, and the gradient option provides the ability to block more light looking straight ahead, and less light when looking down.
